Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once the order is picked up by the courier and marked as Shipped/In Transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, only a replacement will be provided if the product is found to be damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect or delivery.
Replacements are processed within 7 business days. To be eligible for a replacement, we recommend recording a video while unboxing the product to serve as proof that any damage occurred during delivery and not after.
